StatSniffer (The Lab), operated by Data Dog Picks, provides immediate access to digital analytics tools and model outputs.

Because access is granted instantly upon purchase, the following refund terms apply.

1. Digital Product Nature

StatSniffer is a digital analytics platform.

By subscribing, you acknowledge that:

• Access is granted immediately
• Digital services are considered consumed upon access
• Model outputs and projections are delivered in real time

As a result, all subscription purchases are final unless otherwise stated below.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions:

• Bill automatically each month
• May be cancelled at any time
• Remain active through the end of the current billing period

No refunds will be issued for:

• Partial months
• Unused time
• Dissatisfaction with model performance
• Betting losses

Cancellation prevents future billing only.

3. Annual (Yearly) Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions:

• Bill once per year
• Provide discounted long-term access

Because immediate digital access is granted:

• Annual subscriptions are non-refundable
• No prorated refunds are provided
• No partial-year refunds are issued

Please ensure you understand the commitment before purchasing an annual plan.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact:

For fastest resolution, contact support within 7 days of the charge date.

We will review billing concerns in good faith.

We typically respond within 1-2 business days.

Verified duplicate or technical billing errors may be corrected at our discretion.

5. Account Termination

If an account is suspended or terminated due to violation of the Terms of Service:

• No refunds will be issued
• Remaining subscription time is forfeited

6. Payment Processor Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in:

• Immediate account suspension
• Permanent loss of access

We encourage users to contact support before filing disputes.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
