Welcome to StatSniffer (The Lab), operated by Data Dog Picks ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using this website, platform, analytics engine, or any related tools and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Informational and Analytics-Only Use

StatSniffer provides sports analytics, statistical modeling, projections, probability estimates, and informational content related to sporting events.

The Service:

• Does not operate as a sportsbook
• Does not accept wagers
• Does not process gambling transactions
• Does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice

All information provided through the Service is for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Nothing on this platform constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, or guarantee of any wagering outcome.

The Company reserves the right to geo-restrict access to the Service in jurisdictions where regulatory risk is identified.

2. No Guarantees or Warranties

Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain.

We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• Model performance
• Profitability
• Expected return on wagers
• Future outcomes

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Any wagering or financial decisions you make
• Compliance with all laws in your jurisdiction
• Determining whether sports betting is legal where you reside
• Managing your own financial risk and bankroll

You acknowledge that wagering involves risk, including the potential loss of money.

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Data Dog Picks and StatSniffer shall not be liable for:

• Lost opportunities
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Model inaccuracies
• Service interruptions

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue use.

If liability is found, it shall not exceed the amount you paid to access the Service within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

5. Beta and Experimental Features

Certain features may be labeled as Beta, Experimental, or In Development.

You acknowledge that:

• Features may contain errors or incomplete functionality
• Model logic may change without notice
• Outputs may vary as systems evolve
• Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time

Beta features are provided strictly on an "AS IS" basis.

6. No Professional Advice

The Service does not provide financial advice, investment advice, gambling advice, or legal advice.

We are not licensed financial advisors or bookmakers.

You are responsible for seeking independent professional advice if required.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including but not limited to:

• Model outputs
• Probability projections
• Design elements
• Branding
• Graphics
• Data structures
• Code and algorithms

Are the property of Data Dog Picks and protected by intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Anti-Scraping and No Redistribution

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service
• Use automated bots or scripts to access content
• Copy or redistribute projections in bulk
• Republish model outputs commercially
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or replicate models
• Resell access to the Service

Violation may result in termination and potential legal action.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Revoke beta access
• Restrict platform access
• Remove users without notice

This includes violations of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

Refunds are not guaranteed if termination results from a breach of these Terms.

10. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or legal age in your jurisdiction)
• Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws

We do not verify the legality of wagering in your jurisdiction.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

Any disputes arising from the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
